1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pro Clean Commercials website and the provision of cleaning services by Pro Clean Commercials ("we", "us", "our"), a company operating in Dorset, UK. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide commercial, domestic, and specialist cleaning services including but not limited to: office cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleans, builders cleans, biohazard cleaning, mould removal, and scheduled maintenance cleaning.
All services are subject to a site assessment and written agreement prior to commencement.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided in writing following a site assessment and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change upon renewal of any ongoing agreement. We reserve the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Payment
Payment terms are agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services. Invoices are issued upon completion of work or monthly for ongoing contracts. Late payments may incur a statutory interest charge in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
5. Cancellation
For one-off cleans, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed price. For ongoing contracts, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed.
6. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. We take every care when performing our services, however we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage. Any claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Access and Premises
The client is responsible for ensuring our team has safe, unobstructed access to the premises at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a call-out charge.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, and branding is the property of Pro Clean Commercials and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
